We do not offer refunds if you have purchased a ring in an incorrect size, please visit a local jeweller or see our help pages for information on how to size yourself for rings.
Are the items hallmarked?
Most of our items are hallmarked and parcels are sent to the Birmingham Assay Office for hallmarking every few months. If it is a specific request that your piece be hallmarked then this can be arranged.
All items that weigh over 7.78g (silver) or 1g (gold) must be hallmarked to show the quality of the metal used. In these cases items will need to be sent to our nearest assay office in Birmingham before they can be dispatched to you. If you require hallmarking on piece under 7.78g this will incur an additional charge. We will communicate with you the average time this will take but as the jewellery is outsourced to another company these times may vary.
